Hello!
Well. First things first:
Last week I skipped Friday but did a really tough one on Sunday. So I reckon I'm about square :)
This week is a new week!
Monday I plan on doing a bit of stretching and maybe a little abwork, plus karate.
Tuesday I am going to try to sneak in a jog before karate class.
Wednesday I would like to do some yoga.
Thursday I have a karate grading, which means lots of squats.
Friday I have a citizenship ceremony, but I would love to sneak in a swim.
Saturday I work, but I think I can do something short and sharp with weights that evening.
And Sunday, I think I'd like to go for a bike ride :)
