A rainy start

Hello!

Well. First things first:

Last week I skipped Friday but did a really tough one on Sunday. So I reckon I'm about square :)

This week is a new week! 

Monday I plan on doing a bit of stretching and maybe a little abwork, plus karate.

Tuesday I am going to try to sneak in a jog before karate class.

Wednesday I would like to do some yoga.

Thursday I have a karate grading, which means lots of squats.

Friday I have a citizenship ceremony, but I would love to sneak in a swim.

Saturday I work, but I think I can do something short and sharp with weights that evening. 

And Sunday, I think I'd like to go for a bike ride :)

Ok, so here's the plan.

We have a crazy weekend coming up, and I'm crazy frantic at uni lately, but here's my plan for the rest of the week:

Thursday:
An evening run with 2 sets of adventuring thrown in... I'm thinking bodyweight arms, abs, and legs, taking advantage of the scenery that presents itself as a pant past.

Friday: I think I'll do a short, sharp workout in the morning. I'm remembering our five spice burpee session with rosy glasses.

Saturday: We're going down the coast for a wedding and may have some sort of outdoor adventure of the weather cooperates. A climb or a hike, most likely. If no luck with the weather comes through, I'll have to be lazy :)

Sunday: I'll be on my feet all day, but I think I can muster a yoga session afterwards.

Ohiya

After much faffing about, here it is!

The goals:
- to post week by week schedules to keep our bums in gear;
- to report back how we did;
- to post inspirational, motivational, and and encouraging thoughts; and
- to have fun!
